All numberplate purchases are issued with one front plate and one rear plate unless otherwise stated. Please read the instructions and details in the product description and fill out each section of the form correctly. NumberplatesRus accepts no responsibility for unread instructions and incorrect forms, if forms are filled out incorrectly you will not receive a refund or exchange. Each number plate is personalised and made to order and is none refundable and none returnable. We do not accept returns of exchanges for incorrect numberplate purchases. Upon checkout and purchase you will be asked to tick the terms and conditions box and therefore agree you have read and understood the conditions stated on the terms and condition page.
Numberplates are only 100% road legal and MOT compliant when issued with the british standard road legal mark.
No numberplate shall be issued without receipt of legal supporting documents which include one form of identification and one form of registration ownership. Numberplatesrus are a registered DVLA company and comply to all rules and requirements.
As each numberplate is personalised and made to order we ask all customers to allow up to ten working days between the date of us receiving your documents and the date of delivery. This is to allow for busy periods. Due to the volume of orders we receive we cannot give timescales on every order. Numberplates are manufactured in purchase order.
RETURNS POLICY
All personalised numberplates are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable.

LEGAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
You are required to send two supporting legal documents as required by both DVLA and numberplatesRus. ALL orders need TWO documents (one form of ID and one proof of registration ownership)
Please refer to the legal section set out on the website and therefore understand what is required in order for numberplate to be produced.
A delay in sending the correct documents will cause a delay in production of your order and dispatch.
You must send two documents and have these in possession before purchase to produce on request.
If you are unable to produce the correct documents required then your numberplate will not be produced.
